Partnerwith restaurant and hospitality managers to offer comprehensiveservice solutions for commercial cooking refrigeration warewashingand other specialty food serviceequipment
Demonstrateyour mechanical aptitude troubleshooting skills and ability to readdiagrams andschematics
Properlytroubleshoot diagnose and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipmentincluding cooking refrigeration warewashing and other specialtyfood serviceequipment
Communicatewith manufacturers as needed to help with diagnoses and partsidentification
Consultwith the Technical Assistance Group for technical support whileonsite
Installall parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professionalmanner and in line with companypolicy
Promoteand recommend other services provided to customers whenneeded
Produceaccurate and timely administrative documents such as work orderstime reporting receipts and truck stockinventory
Followsafe work practices and accident preventionprocedures
Maintaina neat and orderly service vehicle along with accurate parts andtoolinventory
Maintainproductivity levels in accordance with companystandards
