Compensation : $80,000-$150,000 + Potential Bonus Opportunity

The Job :
CBUSA, a Buildertrend Company, is looking for ambitious individuals to join our rapidly growing Sales Team as Sales Executives.
The Sales Executive role works closely with the Operations Team, as well as Sales Management and Marketing to identify and contact prospects through a variety of methods.
The SE works with the Sales Development Representatives to ensure the funnel stays full and prospects move through the sales process efficiently.
The SE will seek to understand and build trust with the prospects throughout the sales process and help them make their decision to join the CBUSA network.
Then coordinate the transition to our Operations Team. SE’s working on new market expansion will focus on working towards a critical mass of builders in a given market in order to launch the new CBUSA chapter.

What You Will Do :
CBUSA Senior Executive will have responsibilities to train, develop and help to manage SDR’s and SE’s.
CBUSA Senior Sales Executive is responsible for both new market builder adds and existing market builder adds.
- CBUSA Senior Sales Executive will help develop and implement strategy to effectively add good builders to the network in both new markets and existing markets.
- Work directly with Regional Sales Manager, VP of Sales, and VP of Business Development to formulate, affect, interpret, and implement operating and sales policies
- Manage own group of prospects to analyze proper strategy to reach sale, making necessary decisions that will develop Buildertrends client base
- Conduct demonstrations with prospects and use personalized communication techniques to close sales opportunities
- Plan long-term and short-term objectives to meet and exceed metrics on calls, meetings, and sales
- Collaborate with team members to maximize opportunities and drive sales
- Work closely with the Sales Management team to develop targeted lists, strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
Who You Are and What You Need :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 2 years of previous sales / lead generation experience.
- Knowledge of sales theories and practices
- Proven skill in interpersonal relationship building
- Established skill in written and oral communication
- Creativity to craft innovative sales strategies to address the needs of individual leads
Ability to learn, understand, and implement processes and systems
