Position : Resident Care Partner - Memory Care Location : Clearfork Main Ft. Worth, TX Job Id : # of Openings : 2 We are seeking a bright and friendly Resident Care Partner in Memory Care for luxury senior living.
Part-time and PRN opportunities are available. The scheduled shifts are 6a-2pm and 2p-10p. The Tradition offers a rewarding, comfortable working experience at all of our communities.

Position Summary :
- Experience in an assisted living - memory care environment caring for older adults.
- Providing direct personal care and supervision to residents in accordance with resident’s individualized service plan.
- Offer choices, maintain, and promote dignity and individuality in order to enhance the resident’s individuality, satisfaction, and quality of life.
- Respond quickly to resident alerts.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident’s information.
- Protect & honor resident rights.
