Business Development Specialist - Property ManagementLocation :

Phoenix, Arizona - Corporate - In Office Position

Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Specialist to support the growth of Chamberlin + Associates! This role is focused on generating new leads, building relationships, and securing new management contracts. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in property management, with a solid understanding of budgeting and pro formas, and a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for property management services through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop relationships with property owners, investors, real estate brokers, and developers to generate leads and referrals.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting proposals, financial analyses, budgets, and pro formas to demonstrate value to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of management agreements and sales materials in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and lead follow-up.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community activities.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in Property Management, Leasing, Business Development, or Sales within the real estate industry.
  • Working knowledge of property budgets and pro formas with the ability to analyze and communicate financial data to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Self-starter with a sales-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, but not required.
