Customer Service Rep
Overview :
We are seeking a motivated Virtual Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.

Duties :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and communicating effectively
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements :
- Computer / laptop, headset, and wifi connection required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong ability to analyze information and problem-solve efficiently
