Do you enjoy solving problems and driving process improvements? As a manufacturing-focused Quality Engineer, you will leverage technology to level-up our quality processes and help us become a world-class supplier.
By designing, installing, and evaluating process sampling systems, procedures, and quality standards, you’ll play a key role in assuring the quality of our industry-leading Endless Pools®, Hot Spring® Spas, Caldera® Spas, Freeflow Spas®, and Fantasy Spas® products.
YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT
Are you mechanically-inclined? In this position, you will define and qualify measurement systems using the latest technology available.
Our measurement systems help to identify, detect, and prevent defects in the manufacturing processes.
- Are you a problem-solving expert? You’ll have the opportunity to lead a variety of problem-solving projects. Using formal problem-solving methods such as 8D and DMAIC, you’ll impact our organization and drive manufacturing excellence to ensure our customers’ needs are met.
- Are you good with statistics? You will use data and experimentation (capability studies, hypothesis testing, and ANOVA) to make decisions with high confidence.
Your insights will inform the development of robust process controls that assure customer satisfaction.
Do you have a continuous improvement mindset? You will pursue the quality vision by making incremental, sustained process improvements over time, using Lean, Six-Sigma, and the Theory of Constraints.
We’ll look to you to follow a corrective and preventive action process to track, fix, and prevent the recurrence of quality problems.
Can you analyze risk? You will play an important role in process design by translating the voice of the customer and identifying product and process characteristics that are critical to quality.
The use of pFMEA and a risk matrix are key to the success of our quality strategy.

- Can you train and motivate others? We’ll look to you to conduct training on quality concepts and tools, lead 8D problem solving teams, and facilitate Kaizen events.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or college strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Engineering or related role (e.
g., Process Engineering). Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Power BI experience preferred.
- Experience using statistical software (e.g., Minitab) desired. Must be able to prepare reports, worksheets, charts, schedules, procedures, and other data as necessary.
- Cloud-based ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle) a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with and present information to a group of co-workers, supervisors, managers, or higher-level executives.
- Ability to work well both independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
- Six Sigma, Lean, ASQ CQE certification preferred.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.

Hiring Range : $79,500.00-130,000.
