Some key duties and responsibilities include :
- Lead design for mechanical systems and mentor junior staff
- Research, coordinate, verify, schedule, and document various design aspects
- Build, maintain, and develop client relationships
- Quickly solve problems and seek the advice of the Project Manager
- Perform services as required by the contract services agreement
Key skills and abilities needed for the position are :
- Knowledge of mechanical design and technical aspects
- Demonstrated aptitude for project management
- Knowledge and understanding of fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics
- Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, and BIMprograms
- Ability to communicate clearly both orally and written
Education and experience requirements are :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum 4 years of qualifying experience
- Professional Engineering license preferred
- Revit experience
- Not eligible for sponsorship
