Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts in collaboration with department leads
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of professional accounting experience (industry-specific experience preferred)

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Excel

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

CPA license is a plus
