Sr. Project Manager / Task Lead - Unified Communications

Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of projects and programs that integrate various communication methods (like voice, video, messaging) into a single, seamless platform

Responsible for the day-to-day tactical duties for a moderately complex technical program

Incumbent is not responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L) or business development, but is accountable to oversee results of multi-functional project teams

Responsible for the administrative / operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer

Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained

Provides the coordination between resource managers / supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received

May conduct performance / project analyses during phase-down to benefit future / other projects / missions / programs

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience

A minimum of 10 years' experience within the Unified Communications field, having significant work experience related to VoIP systems and video teleconferencing systems and leading a team

Preferred Education And Experience :

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification strongly desired

Physical Requirements :

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions :

Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required

Repeatedly lift and carry weight up to 25 pounds

Travel by land or air transportation 25%
