Compensation :

$65,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities :

• Assist home buyers and sellers in the process of negotiation, providing advice on market prices, mortgages, legal requirements, etc.
• Carry out comparative market analysis to estimate the worth of properties
• Advertise real estate to potential customers
• Utilize efficient follow-up services to keep in contact with leads and clients
• Prepare and submit appropriate contracts and paperwork
• Update Showcase Realty’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program with listings
• Remain up to date on real estate trends in the region
• Furnish clients with up-to-date info on local markets and real estate trends in Charlotte, NC

Qualifications :

• Must hold a valid NC and / or SC Real Estate license
• Proficiency in Spanish or other language is an advantage
• Driven to excel in the Real Estate industry
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ready to learn new technologies
• Show a sense of responsibility
• Proactive in seeking out growth opportunities
• Skilled in dealing with offer packages
• Capable of scheduling time and setting goals
• Working with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
• Establish connections with lawyers, banks, and contractors
• Promote sales through multiple channels such as print ads, open houses, and listing services (complimentary)
• Knowledgeable about regional Real Estate markets and current practices
• Qualified to act as a Buyer’s Agent and Seller’s Agent
• Possess the ability to develop systems and procedures to deliver outstanding service that will bring in positive reviews and expand network of referrals
