Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our client for a 100% remote opportunity! The ideal candidate will be dependable, punctual, and capable of accurately completing tasks within deadlines.
This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers up to $19 / Hour!
Key Responsibilities :
- Input and process customer orders to support departmental workflows.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and system information, including address, pricing, and other details.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education or 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Previous data entry experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV System is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Proven ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
