Looking to hire experienced and capable Front-end Software Developers or Full Stack Engineers to join a highly skilled team that provides Agile Software Development services in support of a distinguished federal client based in the Bethesda, MD area.

Looking for an experienced Javascript / Typescript developer with expertise in Angular (preferred) and / or React to build responsive web applications for a long-term project 70% remote work role based out of Bethesda, MD.
Must have :
- Proven work experience with at least 2 years as a Front-end Software Developer with experience building responsive web applications using heavy Javascript and Typescript technologies and the Angular and / or React frameworks and JQuery .
- Strong familiarity with advanced and modern Javascript techniques such as object-oriented programming / classes and closures.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 .
- Proficient with asynchronous request handling and partial page updates using AJAX , RESTful APIs , GraphQL , and similar integration patterns.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.) and build / deploy automation (e.
g., Elastic Beanstalk, Docker, etc.).
- Experience integrating markup into server-side templating technologies (i.e., Velocity, Freemarker), especially Velocity .
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications.
Nice to have :
- Experience with Java / Spring / Hibernate complex multi-tiered web applications (Java back-end).
- Proficiency with ActiveMQ and messaging technologies.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
