Location : Columbia, MD Company : ARC Document Solutions Shift : MonFri, 3 : 30 PM 12 : 00 AM Employment Type : Full-Time Pay : $54K Now Hiring : 2nd Shift Production Supervisor Document Scanning ARC Document Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team in executing paper-to-digital conversion projects. Youll oversee production activities, ensure quality control, meet deadlines, and optimize labor efficiencyall while contributing to monthly profitability reviews. Key Responsibilities : Manage production schedules and shift priorities

Supervise 215 employees and temp staff

Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues

Coordinate shift transitions and monitor inventory

Perform hands-on tasks when needed

Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent

Supervisory experience preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in a secure facility

Team-oriented with a can-do attitude
