Salary : $16.00 to $17.00 DOE
Looking for an energetic and bright technician for both front desk and preliminary testing
- Experience is great, but we are willing to train
- General knowledge of eye anatomy
- Ability to multitask
- Computer literate
- Great communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Schedule appointments
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Quick learner
- Greet patients
- Conduct preliminary testing
- Manage patient flow
- Gathering patient medical history
- Contact lens training
- Previous experience verifying ins and billing and filing would be greatly appreciated
Ability to travel to the Durham and Raleigh locations a plus!
We are open 6 days a week so 2 to 3 Saturdays a month will be required.
