Growing full-service firm looking to add a talentedMechanicalEngineering Project Manager to their Cleveland, Ohio team!
Responsibilities :
- Project manager responsibilities
- Utilize technical expertise to analyze designs, identify issues,and find solutions
- Assist with strategic planning
- Build / maintain client relationships and meet revenue goals
- Manage engineers / architects
- Administrative duties (develop, communicate, track workflowtasks, and scheduling)
- Ensure QA / QC standards are met, and project documentationare consistent with project plans and within scope / budget requirements
- Mentor / train junior staff
- Some travel required
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 12+ years of design experience (Healthcare, Educational,Federal, Public Building, Retail and Commercial)
- Extensive experience with HVAC and Plumbing Design
- Experience with Steam and High Temperature System designpreferred
- PE License preferred
- Proficient in building load calculations, sizing, andselection system
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Understanding of mechanical codes, plumbing codes, andASHRAE design standards
Salary is commensurate with experience.
