The Role

This is a full-time family law position requiring a strong work ethic, courtroom confidence, and a genuine commitment to this area of practice — not just a job search. You'll represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution. There will also be some carry-over into defending related domestic violence and criminal law matters.

You'll be working directly with clients who are often experiencing the most challenging times in their lives. This role requires patience, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in high-conflict litigation. It is not for the faint of heart, but for the right attorney, it's an incredibly rewarding and meaningful practice.
