Salary : $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 / Annual

Are you a driven, organized professional with a strong background in roofing and construction? Join our growing team as a Roofing Project Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the customers experience
  • Smooth transfer of trust from sale and estimating to the production team
  • Manufactures warranty information
  • Architectural submittal and shop drawings
  • Contract reviews
  • Closeout documents
  • Invoicing of projects
  • Track budgets, schedules, and project documentation
  • Pre and post construction walk through with customer and production team

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of project management experience in roofing or construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of roofing systems and industry best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with project management software and mobile tools
  • Valid drivers license
