DUTIES :
- Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updatingpolicies and procedures.
- Complete Residentcare requirements by scheduling and assigning nursingstaff
- Establish a compassionate environment byproviding support to Residents and their families.
- Provide information to Residents and Staff by answeringquestions and requests.
- Maintain safe andclean working environment by following procedures rules andregulations.
- Maintain Resident confidence bymonitoring confidential information processing.
- Maintain documentation of Resident care services byauditing Resident and department records.
- Maintain nursing supplies inventory and otherresponsibilities as required.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 13 years of supervisory experience.
- Must hold valid RN License
- LongTerm Care Experience
- Basic computer skills
- Excellentcommunication skills and strong team player
