About the RoleLyra has an exciting opportunity that blends in-person client care (Avg. 20 sessions per week) with the remaining time dedicated to facilitating employee training and clinical consultations related to mental health care.

Daily : As an onsite therapist, you’ll provide short-term, in-person, evidence-based treatment to clients. You’ll also assist with Manager and Clinical consultation requests and conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Regularly : In collaboration with Lyra and the employer, you’ll develop and deliver onsite training to employees. You’ll also participate in Employer sponsored Mental Health Initiatives and provide timely data reports to Lyra stakeholders.

Requirements : Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or universityUnrestricted Georgia LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license (i.

e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary actionExperience and commitment to providing evidence-based treatments (e.

The base salary is determined by role, and placement within the range and will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, and location.
