We are looking for a reliable and caring caregiver to assist with a couples case (husband and wife) in San Jose 95138. Husband has Parkinson's and Cancer, wife has Parkinson's.
Care Needs :
- Transportation to doctor's appointments, to family members homes, hair dresser or taking one of the two grocery shopping.
- Female caregiver and need a strong long distance driver for them. Caregiver will get mileage reimbursement.
- Light housekeeping - trash out on Tuesday, laundry, dusting and vacuum, they have a house keeper and immaculate home
- Linen changes
- Meal prep either breakfast or lunch depending on the appointments needs.
- Caregiver to drive their own vehicle and if either take both on the outing or just one depending on how they feel.
- Encouraging going out for a walk.
- They are really independent - Children want them to get care and have another pair of eyes and hands around the house and to be there in case they progress and get worse.
Care for 3 days, 4 hours per day
Flexible days, MWF or a T / W / F and would like a start time of 9 : 45 to 1 : 45 .
