License : Indiana or compact RN license required
Certifications : BLS and ACLS required through AHA
Must-Have : Experience with drip titration is preferred
Job Description :
- Perform general nursing duties in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
- Handle procedures related to drip titration for experienced candidates.
- Float to MedSurg / tele units as required; nurse-to-patient ratio will be maintained at 3-4 : 1 on PCU and 4-5 : 1 on MedSurg.
- Utilize equipment such as EPIC, PYXIS, Philips defibrillator, and Philips Bedside Monitors.
- Participate in the facility's training and orientation program, including Jumpstart and EPIC training, followed by 1-2 days on the unit.
- Work three weekend shifts within a 4-week schedule alongside a team.
- Wear Caribbean blue scrubs as the dress code.
- Attend to a 12-bed unit with full support and structured environment.
Applicants should be ready to float to similar units when needed, and be adaptable to work as per the schedule requirements, ensuring high-quality patient care is delivered consistently.
