OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation Routine delivery including vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section Complicated delivery including c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBAC's Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations Office / minor gynecology - IUB, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP Surgical gynecology including open, Laparoscopic diagnostic / minor only- tubal ligation, LOA's chronal tubation, Operative / major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's Laser certification REQUIRED : AZ State license;
