What You Will Do to Change Lives

Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, Direct Care Staff provide support and case management for members with developmental disabilities and co-occurring disorders, assisting them to live as independently as possible in their chosen community.

Compensation

Expected starting wage without all 3 certifications is $28.27. With all 3 certifications (DSP I & II & RBT), the wage is higher. Please inquire if you have all certifications. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges based on location. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Six months of experience providing direct care to persons with developmental disabilities
  • Complete RBT training within 6 months and obtain certification within 12 months, or be a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional
  • Complete DSP training and pass competency tests within one year, or provide proof of prior completion
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance
  • Willingness to use personal vehicle for client transportation
