Job Duties
- Manage and Support Automotive Sales Team and Sales Program According
- Coach Salespeople and Generate Leads
- Close New Deals, Answer Customer Questions and Issues when Needed
- Implement programs to Increase Business and Develop New Sales Strategies
- Set sales goals,
- Provide Daily Reports on : DAILY TRAFFIC, SALES, PROSPECTS
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction
Requirements :
- Bilingual is a must
- Minimum of 2 Years Experience in Second Chance Finance and Inhouse Dealership
- Valid Drivers License
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Inventory Control and Management
Compensation : Composition is based on experience.
