Associate Financial Analyst

A company is looking for an Associate Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage month-end processes, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on business performance

Collaborate with department heads to develop the annual operating plan and align goals with resources

Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and analyze high-priority initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

1-2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting

Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint

Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
