Growing Dealership - Looking to expand our Sales team with a large New BMW Inventory and a strong pipeline full of cars available.
In addition, we keep a healthy level of Pre-Owned inventory available for our teams to sell each month. With our growth we have seen a larger trade-in base, plus we are a KBB / Auto trader Buy Center and procure a wide variety of inventory for our sales consultants.
If you are at a dealership that has seen a decrease in availability and empty lots; give us a call! We have a small team and TOO MANY LEADS and OPPORTUNITIES to handle - If you are experienced in Auto Sales you will not have a long runway to take off in our organization.

Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
Exhibit consultative selling skills.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Master your understanding and proficiency with product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new & pre-owned vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
Expected to focus on outbound call and appointments to grow your business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring your A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time on Mastering Product offerings and eager for continuous improvement
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and valid driver license
