About The Position
Job Title : X-Ray Technician Job Specialty : Radiologic Technology Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Mid - 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : 2 years' experience preferred License : VA license required Certifications : BLS (must be AHA), ARRT Must-Have : Epic access needed Job Description : Perform x-ray procedures for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Utilize GE and Phillips equipment, as well as OEC in the operating room.- Follow shift expectations from 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM on weekdays.
- Provide PRN weekend and on-call support with a 1-hour response time.- Work holiday hours as part of a scheduled rotation.
- Receive one week of floor orientation upon starting.- Wear provided scrubs when assigned to the operating room; otherwise, wear black scrubs.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
