George Sink Injury Lawyers is looking for an outstanding Pre-Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of high-volume Personal Injury and Workers Compensation experience is a MUST.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

Attorney Skills and Qualifications :

• Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina
• Licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina and / or Georgia, is a plus
• Possess great Reporting & Research Skills
• Able to build Client Relationships and practice Client Confidentiality
• Must be able to Plan, be Organized & Dependable
• Attention to Detail

Attorney Job Duties :

• Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, or legal rights and obligations.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress.
• Gather evidence to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of the case.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications

Hours : 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday

Education :

Bachelor's (Required)

Experience :

• Personal injury law : 2 years (Required)
• Workers' compensation law : 2 years (Preferred)

License / Certification :

License to practice law in North Carolina (Required)

Ability to Relocate :

Charlotte, NC 28284 : Relocate before starting work (Required)
