Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Consultant, located in Metairie, LA. The Design Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their design needs, provide personalized design solutions, and guide them through the furniture selection process. This role involves creating design plans, presenting product options, and ensuring client satisfaction. Consultants will also maintain knowledge of current design trends and collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Interior Design, Space Planning, and Color Theory skills
• Customer Service and Client Relations experience
• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools
• Sales and Communication skills
• Ability to understand and implement design trends
• Organizational and Time Management skills
• A passion for sustainable and quality design
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Previous experience in the furniture industry is a plus
