NICU trained highly preferred.Charting Experience Required : EPICRequired Skillset : Triage and evaluate patients - circulating in the ORUnit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio) : 36 bed unit, mother baby, birthing, Patient ratio 1 : 1 Labor, 1 : 3 Anti-Partum, 1 : 3 Mom baby coupletsCase Types : Levels 1 thru 3Hard worker, Independent, Articulate, Resilient and Manages Change well, Flexible, Social candidatesScrub Colors : AnyCovid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption appliesGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closedFloat : Employee should not be asked to work outside of his / her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency.
Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
