Part Time / Full Time Position : Benefits included for FT!

  • Prepare personal and business tax returns from client data, which could include QuickBooks files. This position has flexible hours and could be seasonal or year around for the right candidate.
  • We are looking for a warm friendly preparer who will go the extra mile to make sure the client understands their tax return.
  • Tax returns are not finished while the client is sitting with you at their appointment.
  • Pay is based on 25% of the actual billing, which should average out to $50 to $75 an hour.

If you are a IRS government worker and want a job that will not lay you off - we got you!

  • Experience using Ultra Tax and QuickBooks.
  • Should have enough experience to prepare the more complicated 1120 & 1065 tax returns.
  • Previous use of Canopy software is a bonus, as we will be transitioning to it after the upcoming tax season.
