New Patient Coordinator

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a New Patient Coordinator, where you will be the welcoming first point of contact for new patients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create a positive initial experience, guiding patients through their first steps toward optimal oral health and wellness. If you are organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented, we invite you to become a vital part of our patient-centered practice.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist new patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in process
  • Perform full series X-rays accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate hygiene evaluations and facilitate doctor examinations
  • Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients
  • Assist patients with financing options and payment arrangements
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to explain treatment plans and financial options effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of dental imaging and patient management software is a plus
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
