Compensation : $120,000 - $140,000 Annually

Benefits : Full Benefits Package

Location : Golden Valley, MN

Schedule : Full Time, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the provision of high-quality home care services to our clients throughout our 21-county service area! A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical staff and ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest possible standards.

A component of this role will be to develop and implement staff training and development programs that promote ongoing professional growth and skill-building.

Responsibilities :

Oversee Clinical Team :

o Ensure that all staff are trained and competent in their roles.

Training Programs :

o Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff, including orientation, ongoing education, and continuing education.

Performance Monitoring :

o Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of care.

Regulatory Compliance :

o Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

Policy Development :

o Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the delivery of care.

Leadership :

o Provide leadership and support to staff in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Quality Improvement :

o Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.

Work Environment :

o Foster a positive and professional work environment for staff and clients.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
  • Current and valid Minnesota nursing license is required.
  • 3-5 years of clinical management experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in staff development and training.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in home care.
