We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive strategic initiatives related to Collateral Management on the Commercial nCino platform.
Responsibilities : As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Collateral Management product offerings.
Your responsibilities will include :
Strategic Leadership :
Collaborate with experienced leadership to develop and influence business plans, business requirements, and product design.
Oversee overall product management and provide strategic focus for complex and diverse products and services.Lead the resolution of complex challenges, leveraging your in-depth understanding of potential synergies and opportunities across the organization.
Vision and Direction :
Articulate a compelling product vision and define the scope of Collateral Management solutions.Prioritize backlog items and establish clear goals for the product team.
Provide expert guidance on implementing innovative business solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Global Considerations :
Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that consider global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management.
Stay informed about industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Engagement :
Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams across the company.
Foster collaboration and drive cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product ownership.
Demonstrated expertise through work experience, training, military service, or education.Familiarity with nCino is essential for success in this role.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
