We are offering an exciting opportunity in Queens, New York, for a Data Entry Assistant for the Finance Manager of a Senior Housing facility.
This role primarily involves data entry, report generation, and communication across different departments. This is a contract employment opportunity that offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Create and update monthly reports using Microsoft Word.
- Document minutes from meetings in a clear and concise manner.
- Handle confidential reports with discretion and professionalism.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Sort and send out mail as required, ensuring timely communication across departments.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various tasks.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
- Experience in email correspondence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred
