Avionic Technician

Schedule : 4 / 10hr days 2nd 4 : 30pm - 3am or Weekend Thurs-Sun 6am-4 : 30pm
On-Site work only
Work with one of the Largest American Owned Aerospace & Defense Companies.
o Performs a variety of wire routing, harness installation across the aircraft fuselage and directly installing various wiring per Diagram.
o Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and / or optical areas.
o Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
o Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
o Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.
o Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.
Needs to have good experience with;
O Avionic Testing 1-2yrs
O Cable Wire Harness 2-4yrs
O Wire Routing
O Continuity testing
O Crimping.
TOOLS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
o High school diploma or GED
o Pass drug test
o Pass national background check
