We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes and navigate the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.
We offer a variety of short shifts and flexible hours to meet our clients' needs, and we are currently seeking dedicated Caregivers available on weekdays .
If you prefer the flexibility of a shorter schedule, we have shifts available in Marin County that can accommodate your availability.
R esponsibilities :
As a Home Instead Care Professional, your duties include :
- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful conversations with seniors.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Assisting with medication reminders and appointment scheduling.
- Supporting seniors with grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence issues.
- Dementia care.
Key Qualities we seek include :
- Ability to treat seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Requirements :
- No prior experience is necessary as Home Instead provides comprehensive skills training.
- Candidates must complete registration on the Home Care Aide Registry, pass fingerprint clearance, obtain TB clearance, and undergo drug testing before employment.
Compensation Range :
We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $16.00 to $20.50. For 24-hour shifts, earn between $16.00 and $16.60 per hour, totaling $453 to $544 per day depending on shift frequency and start times.
