About the Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of creativity and forward-thinking, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and value.

What will I do?

Q : What will my day-to-day responsibilities look like as a Technical Account Manager?

A : Your role will involve overseeing technical delivery in existing accounts and collaborating closely with account management and technical leads to ensure seamless operations.

You'll also be responsible for articulating the value proposition of our delivery model to both existing and potential customers.

Q : How will I engage with clients in this role?

A : You'll be actively involved in technical discussions with external clients, guiding them through software development and delivery solutions.

Your expertise will be crucial in determining team composition and finding innovative solutions to their challenges.

Q : What kind of recommendations will I be providing?

A : You'll offer estimations and recommendations for software delivery approaches, with a focus on team composition and sizing.

Additionally, you'll provide consultations on best practices in software delivery, covering areas such as CI / CD, DevOps, automated testing, and UX design.

Are You the Right Fit?

Q : What experience and skills are you looking for in candidates for this role?

A : We're seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), preferably with experience at the engineering manager or director level.

A : Candidates should have experience leading teams of software developers or engineers in delivering solutions. Expertise in DevOps or testing is highly valued, as is subject matter expertise in one or two verticals.
