Practice Development Manager Skincare

My client is a global medical device company that manufactures innovative technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology and plastic surgery.

They are seeking to hire a Practice Development Manager for a hybrid role; skincare sales as well as post-sales support.

The Practice Development Manager will be responsible for promoting product / solution growth within existing accounts and prospecting for new business.

Manage an entire sales cycle; close deals and create sales strategies. This role will also manage the client post sale and assist with equipment installation / set-up and initial training.

Ensure clients are aware of the tools and capabilities and be available to answer questions and resolve any issues.

Responsibilities :

  • Meet / exceed sales quotas within assigned territory
  • New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call
  • Upsell; suggest new / additional products and services to existing customers
  • Establish and maintain existing client relationships that ensure retention and increase business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth
  • Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
  • Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts
  • Support Sales team and provide client support post sales
  • Manage and nurture assigned sales accounts
  • Manage client onboarding; equipment set-up, best practices and training
  • Mentor clients on marketing new product services; assist with creation of graphics and postings for social media marketing
  • Maintain product / service knowledge, attend trainings as needed
  • Travel up to 40% to client sites

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Min. 2+ years of Sales experience within Aesthetics industry
  • Account Management experience required
  • Skincare Sales experience a plus
  • Experience selling to and / or working in an Aesthetic medical practice / office
  • Ability to prospect within a territory with high call activity
  • Documented Sales Success of meeting / exceeding sales goals
  • Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong Communication & Presentation skills
  • Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to travel within territory as needed

Offering :

  • Base Salary up to $80,000
  • Year 1 @ plan $100,000 $130,000+
  • Uncapped Commissions
  • Expenses (Car, Phone, Travel)
  • Full Benefits Package
