Commercial Producer
for a innovative insurance agency committed to delivering tailored commercial insurance solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a "boots on the ground" mentality, capable of generating leads and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities : Conduct on-site visits, meetings, and networking events to build a robust network of clients.Analyze prospective clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with underwriters to ensure accurate policy proposals.Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.Qualifications :
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage.Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Insurance producer license required.Benefits :
