Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions leverage Deloitte’s IAM Methods 2.0 methodology to help clients control which employees, customers, partners, and suppliers access sensitive corporate resources, and streamline the process of managing the explosion in digital identities.

Work you’ll do

As Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions team ForgeRock Technical Architect and Developer, you will :

  • Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms using on-prem and Cloud ForgeRock Identity Platform that align with clients' needs and industry best practices.
  • Develop strategies for identity and access management, including user provisioning, identity synchronization, and workflow processes.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge on ForgeRock Identity Platform (Identity Manager & Access Manager), Java, JavaScript, Groovy Scripts, REST APIs, JSON and LDAP (Directory Services)
  • Design IAM workflows, policies, and procedures to enable secure and efficient identity and access management.
  • Design, implement, and maintain the DevOps processes and tools for our ForgeRock Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform.
  • Leverage experience in deploying ForgeRock stack in cloud (EKS / AKS / GKP) platforms. Possess good knowledge and exposure to CI / CD concepts, DevOps tools and able to support the architecture framework.
  • Lead development team to analyze code, communicate detailed reviews and coordinate to streamline code deployment.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and role changes, ensuring adherence to security policies and compliance requirements.

Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning processes to enhance efficiency.

  • Ability to design and implement identity solutions that integrate with diverse applications and systems.
  • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and integrating ForgeRock IDM with applications exposing REST APIs and cloud-based applications.
  • Experience in ForgeRock UI customization, writing scripts and developing code to cater the client’s end-user experience.
  • Lead the conversation with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to align IAM requirements with business goals.
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards.
  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
  • Understand complex business and information technology management processes. Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services.
  • Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with the clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.

Qualifications

Required :

  • 8+ years of total industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience on designing and end-end implementation of ForgeRock Access Management (AM) / Identity Management (IDM) and ForgeRock Directory solution.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with customization of ForgeRock tools is a must, connector development, writing scripts and building of ForgeRock workflows and call backs.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading the team in deployment of ForgeRock platform in Cloud platform (EKS / AKS / GKP)
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc.
  • Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.
  • Hands-On experience with custom development including ForgeRock UI customization, writing auth / hook scripts and developing custom APIs to handle client use cases.
  • Extensive knowledge and work experience on Single Sign-On, Access management, Identity Federation, Multi-factor authentication, Risk-based authentication.
  • Experience Integrating ForgeRock IAM solution with various backend technologies including OpenDJ, Microsoft Active Directory, and RDBMS
  • Experience in diagnosing and fixing identity management and SSO issues by performing root cause analysis for service interruption and creating preventive measures.
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business or relevant field.
  • Train and mentor team members on ForgeRock technologies and industry best practices.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred :

  • Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience preferred.
  • CISSP certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in a technical leadership role
  • ForgeRock Certified Specialist (AM / IDM)

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,613 188,375.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
