As the Senior Product Manager for Shipper Experience, this role will lead the booking enhancements to the core PCP product and manage the global product roadmap for the Partnered Carrier Program (PCP) and WePay, ensuring seamless product extensions and customizations across regions.

This role will be crucial in driving adoption, improving shipper experience, and reducing shipping defects globally.

On a typical day, this role might engage with multiple customers, dive deep to identify and resolve issues, define and report key business metrics, and develop go-to-market strategies.

This role will collaborate closely with Amazon software engineers, supply chain managers, and operations leaders to prioritize the roadmap and develop new products and features that enhance the Seller experience, increase program adoption, and reduce shipping defects.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
