We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor to help shape and deliver holistic wellness experiences for our residents and staff across all levels of care.

Your Mission :

Support the development and implementation of innovative wellness programs that nurture the 7 Dimensions of Wellness —Physical, Emotional, Intellectual, Social, Spiritual, Environmental, and Occupational—for our vibrant community.

What You’ll Do :

Lead engaging group classes such as Yoga, Strength Training, Water Aerobics, Core, Posture , or Personal Training —based on your expertise.
Provide personalized wellness guidance to residents and staff, fostering safe and effective practices.
Learn and grow! Expand your instructional skills through Bishop Gadsden-sponsored education .
Maintain and demonstrate proper use of exercise equipment in our state-of-the-art Wellness Center.
Support wellness communications—newsletters, bulletin boards, and more.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by assisting with light maintenance and equipment care.
Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, respect, and professionalism.

Requirements : What You Bring :

A genuine interest in aging populations and a heart for service.

Strong communication skills—verbal and written.

Basic computer proficiency (email, online billing).

High school diploma and Personal Training Certification .

Experience leading group fitness formats.

Bonus : Experience in long-term care or geriatric recreation.
