Mission
As Chief of Staff to the CEO , you will wear several hats. Having full responsibilities for all aspects of finance, you will also play a key role in Escape's operations and strategy.
You'll spend time on :
Finance :
- You will elaborate monthly financial forecasting reports for the CEO and the team.
- You will drive our relations with public financial entities (BPIFrance, Conseil régional, etc).
- You will provide internal audits to ensure the legal compliance of our finances.
Operations :
- You will manage accounting, financial and legal operations.
- You will handle contracts management with our staff and our customers.
- You will prepare our communication with Angels and VC (Fundraising, Board Meetings ).
Human Resources :
- You will draft & publish job offers.
- You will co-lead recruitment processes with Founders.
- You will validate the payroll with the Payroll Manager every month.
Strategy & Internationalization :
- You will build a strategic accounting analysis leading to key decisions.
- You will contribute to the analysis of our competitors to stay informed on their strategy.
- You will define our pricing strategy and financial options directly with the Founders.
Profile
Background :
- Business background deeply interested in technology, security, or digital sovereignty.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Excel, no code, data, and financial analysis.
