Establish and execute the Salesforce vision and roadmap, aligning it with business objectives
Oversee functional and technical Salesforce teams, ensuring architectural integrity and performance optimization
Act as a key advisor to business leaders, translating strategic goals into scalable Salesforce solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
15+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership, including 5+ years in Salesforce programs
Proven success in delivering multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and enterprise application integration
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance, and platform capabilities
Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification required; additional certifications preferred
