Busy electrical contracting team seeking full time scheduling coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, get-things-done person who is passionate about quality, has a strong sense of accountability to their responsibilities and teammates.
This person will need to be highly adaptable to changes throughout the day and week. The person will need to be constantly looking ahead and helping to organize the team in the field.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using company software
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Collect payments and assist with billing processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with estimating team and administrative support tasks as needed
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-
