Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead our website optimization efforts, new feature development, and feature enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong e-commerce background and a proven track record of improving user experience, boosting conversion rates, and increasing customer engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Lead the development of new features and enhancements focused on improving the customer journey and increasing conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX / UI designers, developers, marketing, and customer support, to implement product initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging industry trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze user behavior, website performance, and key metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product updates.
  • Partner with marketing teams to effectively launch and promote new features.
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Mandarin .
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical product management within the e-commerce industry .
  • Proven experience with web analytics tools and a strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and lead initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • A customer-centric and innovative mindset.
  • Experience working with teams across different time zones and managing remote collaborations effectively.
