Claims Adjuster
Immediate need for a talented Claims Adjuster . This is a 12+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Tampa, FL (Remote).

Pay Range : $30 - $35 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience :
- Reviewing claim activity based upon industry best practices and assessing compliance of best practices as it pertains to the handling of WC claims
- Understanding current claim status and developing appropriate and aggressive strategies on legacy claims (older than 12 months) to either bring claim to resolution or to minimize costs
- Monitoring adjuster activity to ensure strategies are executed upon
- Evaluating reserve and settlement exposure
- Reviewing appropriateness of legal strategie
- Workmen's compensation with claims for lost time and litigation.
- Claim Consultants are responsible for providing and / or assisting Client’s Claim Closure Services (ACCS) Practice in the delivery of quality consulting services to clients.
- To work independently as well as in a team atmosphere and participate in all delivery phases of ACCS that are assigned to this position.
- Candidates for the Claim Consultant role will meet the following requirements :
- At least three full years of adjusting
Workers’ Compensation lost-time and litigated
claims
Well-versed in lost-time claims, to include high-dollar settlement negotiations, litigation strategy, and MSAs
