We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment with a culinary team that takes pride in precision, consistency, and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities :

Execute menu items according to Fresco by Scotto’s recipes, standards, and plating guidelines.

Prepare ingredients and maintain readiness throughout service.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Collaborate closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely execution.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Assist with prep, restocking, and closing duties as needed.

Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to quality, hospitality, and teamwork.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume or fine-dining restaurant.

Strong knife skills and understanding of professional kitchen operations.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus.

Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Flexible schedule — must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
