BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER :

The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing our base of customer clients. This position is key to achieving the business objectives of Real Property Management All Connect.

The role is responsible for building connections through integrity and leadership and for creating and maintaining trust in our expertise.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES1. Developing a prospective new client base and signing new management clients2. Developing and presenting professional sales proposals3.

Taking incoming phone leads and nurturing these leads through signed contracts4. Visiting client properties and delivering high-level proposals5.

Managing sales CRM tool to ensure accurate tracking of all leads from inception through the conversion6. Attending monthly investor club meetings and participating in local organizations as it relates to investor rental property7.

Attending trade shows and industry organizations to network and promote the Real Property Management brand8. Acting as the spokesperson for Real Property Management All Connect9.

Performing rental property listing appraisals10. Maintaining an accurate record of all listing appraisals and new business 11.

Managing new business documentation and files12. Obtaining and providing property and client information to portfolio management team members13.

Marketing to potential new owners14. Attending and participating in in-office meetings15. Attending and participating in training sessions as directed by the Manager16.

Adhering to all procedures required in this role 17. Providing feedback for and participating in the continuous improvement of procedures and processes18. Other duties as assigned

KEY ATTRIBUTES1. Highly detail-oriented and organized in work2. Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus4.

Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives5. Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications6.

Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and resultsThe Business Development Manager is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization.

Naturally driven to create new relationships and instill trust, the Business Development Manager is a fearless networker, with excellent negotiation skills and a track record of proven leadership and results.

QUALIFICATIONS1. Two or more years of proven and verifiable success in Real Estate Sales, Leasing, and / or Property Management-related activities 2.

Valid or will be obtaining a valid Real Estate License in the near future3. Top-tier prospect development and presentation skills4.

Managing referrals across departments5. Computer proficiency Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint6. Local area knowledge

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS1. Find new prospective real estate investors and / or management companies to target2. Established customer service standards are maintained3.

Monthly income targets are met

Metrics : · Monthly Departmental performance reports· Customer service surveys

Competitive compensation annual ($45000-$50000 Annual Base + Commission + Bonus)

The probation length is 3 months

Compensation : $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
